Do you require Covid vaccine passports?
Yes, we do! We also require all guests to present 1 valid ID upon entry to verify their identity.
What is the capacity of your venue?
We can accommodate the following: Seated reception with dance floor - 100 people Seated reception without dance floor - 120 people Classroom setting - 150 people
Do you have parking available?
Yes, we have free parking available in front and at the side of the building.
Do you provide AV equipment?
Our venue has a built in surround sound system wherein you can play music from your device or using a laptop that will be provided to you. Party lights that move with the music, uplighting for the white backdrop, and TV monitor for your slideshows are also provided.
Is decor included?
Yes! When you book our venue, you get customizable decor with various options for backdrops, centerpieces, linens, etc.
Do you do wedding ceremonies and receptions?
Of course! Our staff would need a minimum of 1 hour for changeover - depending on the type of set up. This will require the guests to leave the venue and come back at a later time. If this doesn’t work for you, we have an option for a quick changeover. Inquire for details.
Is clean up and set up included?
Yes. All we ask is for the tables to be clear and garbage to be taken to one side.
Do you allow outside caterers?
Yes. You can bring your own caterer/own food without any corkage fees.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Bringing pets to your event is subject for approval. If approved, pets must have a pet sitter at all times and must be on a leash/cage. Cleaning fee and damages will be charged accordingly.
Can we bring alcohol to our event?
For events with alcohol consumption, we require events insurance and liquor license which should be submitted to us 15 days prior to your event. If you are hiring a bar service or bartenders/servers, their smart serve certificate should be submitted, as well.
Is there staff available?
A security staff will be available at the venue to conduct Covid-19 protocols. Kindly inquire if you will need additional staff (servers, bartenders, event coordinator).
